Common Issues

How do I restore my purchase on a new phone?

Open the app → Settings → scroll to bottom → tap "Restore Purchase". Make sure you are signed into the same Google Play / Apple ID account used for the original purchase.
The audio is not working. What do I do?

Settings → Audio — make sure "Enable Audio" is ON. Also check your phone's media volume. On iOS, check the silent switch on the side of the phone.
How do I change the voice from female to male?

Profile tab → Settings → scroll to "Voice Gender" → tap the 👨 Male card. A preview plays immediately when you tap.
Hindi text is not displaying correctly.

On Android: Settings → General Management → Language → Add Hindi. On iOS this is automatic. Restart the app after adding the language.
